Aircraft manufacturer ZSK let go an independent contractor after engineering staff refused to let him do any more bizarre tests.
The company has a reputation for high quality products that meet a very high standard, yet they drew the line when a bus was used as a comparison for the new jet’s gears and wheel assembly.
“It’s like comparing a shark to a tuna fish sandwich,” said one ZSK employee we spoke to. “There’s no way that racing a bus around is going to help. GEMC may make great busses, but really, come on.”
The ZSK honcho kept quiet on the matter, but was said to have said “even perfectionism has its limits.”
