The sea trials of a Feral Marine RB-L Patrol version put the anticipated craft into unintentional combat testing yesterday, when the testing crew received a hail from a couple sailing in the Sea of Fables.
“We were attacked by pirates,” said the couple from the safety of Feral Marine in Pippen. “They came out of nowhere and starting firing at us. They were going to board us when the RIB came and hit them back. We were so relieved and so impressed. That RB-L made short work of them!”
According to Intercontinental Police (ICP) piracy has been increasing around the world and there is a need for fast craft that can enter coastal areas and handle deep water operations.
