Charges have been filed in the Waterbank Courts against Lycheborne Industries for “gross negligence leading to injury” in the aftermath of a railroad accident. Lycheborne Industries’ CEO Johnathan W. Lycheborne, who has already made public announcements and tried to make amends for the Rochester tragedy was unavailable for comment.
