The remnants of a Waterbank News Reporter were found near the East River International Airport yesterday when a hiker discovered an pen on the trail.
“I like hiking the mountain,” said the hiker, “and when I stooped to pick up the pen I could see a foot – and only a foot.”
The reporter was working on a story about the Beast of ERIA and the strange disappearance of the beast. The Sheriff’s Department recovered the remains and are operating under the assumption that it is the beast that took the reporter.
“It’s not certain,” said an East River Policeman we interviewed, “but I can see why they think that. The howling has started again, and tracks have been found.”
