Restaurant at ERIA Takes Off


The dining experience at the new ERIA Restaurant is unique, offering views of the airport with fusion dishes that may surprise you. The East River Mollusk with Malaysian curry and fennel is one example of the unusual combinations. Another dish, Undine Trout with Blake Sea salt has so impressed a recent flight of visiting chefs that you can now see it served throughout the Blake Sea area.

“Believe it or not, we are 100% locally made,” teased the restaurant’s creator, “since deliveries all come through ERIA.”

The restaurant is located just past the Duty Free area. Use the terminal walkway to reach it. Reservations accepted. (link)
